Gnit
Vanderbilt University Theatre, 2017
The set for Will Eno's adaptation of Peer Gynt contained whimsical Nordic elements presented in a storybook style, supporting the story of Peter Gnit's journey across the world with limited self-discovery. Lighting supported the variety of locations of Peter's journey through composition and texture changes. Covers of pop music intermixed with Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite and sound effects rounded out the production.
To see more about how I developed the scenic design for this production, please see the process page for the show.
